Do I need to bring my own table? YES

YES - we do not have any tables. If you would like, you can lay your items on a blanket or tarpaulin, as long as its on your pitch, you can display items however you wish

What time do I arrive ? 5pm

PRIVATE pitch - Private sellers (cars) - arrive from 5pm. We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive after 6.30pm

TRADE pitch - Trade sellers - arrive from 4.30pm We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive after 6.00pm - (this is because trades go at the edges, and then the private sellers fill up the middle, therefore blocking access to the trade spaces)

BUYERS - Entry is strictly 7pm, you are welcome arrive earlier to join the queue, which usually forms around 6.15pm. (Cafe and burger vans open from 5.30/6pm)

Can I have 2 spaces next to each other? YES

YES - select double pitch on the booking site. YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME- as pitches are blocked in once they are filled....so if the second person arrives late they would not be able to drive to their pitch. (If you want to carry items in that's fine)

Can I bring my dog? NO

The venue states no dogs allowed

Is there food available? YES

Yes there is a cafe or burger van on site selling hot food and drinks. The venues do not allow any other food to be sold

Do I need to bring cash? YES

Yes - some traders will take cards but the majority will only accept cash

Can I cancel my booking? With 7 days notice

If you let me know that you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event - I will refund - If less than 7 days notice then you can transfer to another date.
